It is not permissible to use human bone even if disbelieving, and this is by agreement of the four schools of thought.
Secondly: Vessels made from the bones of a consumable sacrificed animal
It is permissible to take vessels from the bones of consumable animals that have been sacrificed. Consensus has been quoted on the matter by Ibn Hazm.
